Elahé is a founder, principal and patent agent in the Electronics, Software, Information Technology, Aerospace, and Telecommunications Patent Groups in the La Costa office of Ameh IP. She has over 15 years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Her practice focuses on client counseling, patent prosecution, portfolio development, supporting patent litigation, and due diligence. She has special expertise in digital communication systems, digital signal processing, wireless technologies, and networks. Her general expertise encompasses all fields of aerospace, electrical, and computer engineering. Prior to Ameh IP, she worked as a patent agent at Morrison & Foerster, Ingrassia, Fisher and Lorenz, and as a patent agent/engineering intellectual property rights (IPR) manager at Cubic Corporation. She has prepared and prosecuted over 500 patents. Her education includes a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with her thesis on CDMA spread spectrum technologies from SDSU, a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from San Diego State University (SDSU), and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Ohio State University.
Elahé also has over 20 years of aerospace, flight control systems and wireless communications engineering experience, as well as intellectual property rights (IPR) experience with leading companies such as Sony Electronics, LG electronics, United Technologies, and Boeing/McDonnell Douglas. Among her technical accomplishments she has developed high-level digital signal processing algorithms for CDMA baseband transceivers, and flight control systems and aerodynamics for aircraft. She has also trained pilots in the space shuttle simulator at NASA, and also has a pilot license for single engine aircraft. Elahé is registered to practice before the USPTO , and a member of the Institute of Electrical Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
